Craig graduated from Kent State University in 2001 with honors, and is a licensed architect in Florida and Ohio.
Having worked in different avenues of the building industry since 1989, he brings 28 years of experience to projects he’s involved with. From hands-on construction to stage set design to architectural rendering, his multi-disciplinary approach to design has been strengthened with his experience in both large and small architecture firms. His involvement with a wide variety of project types and sizes has enabled him to be successful with diverse aspects of the built environment.
His experience includes working with small boutique firms as well as large firms in Ohio, Florida, and Jamaica, including one of the largest firms in Cleveland: Dorsky Hodgson Parrish + Yue, and internationally-acclaimed Alison Spear AIA in Miami. After partnering with Synergy Design Studio in 2007, his passion for distinctive modern design helped the firm to grow locally in Miami and achieve a strengthened international presence in the Caribbean region as well, where the main office of that firm is currently located. An ongoing collaborative effort continues to enhance what each firm can offer it's clients. Craig's office is located in Northeast Ohio, to raise his family and contribute to invigorating our region with thoughtful and inspired design.
He served on the board of directors of the local AIA Akron chapter from 2014-2016, and is committed to helping the Akron area through volunteer service and non-profit community alliances.
He believes that a successful project addresses and incorporates many different aspects: technical, artistic, environmental, as well as social, and can ultimately enhance the character of life for all who use and inhabit the structures that we build.
